Thankful Boards

This year for Thanksgiving, while mommy prepared her oh so delicious sweet potato casserole, daddy and the girls were working on a very cute Thanksgiving project we like to call "Thankful Boards".  Anna and Emma looked through magazines with Daddy's help, and found pictures of things they are thankful for.  You'll have to click on the pictures to see them a little bit larger, but this is one fun memory we had with them.  We might have to do this one again, until they get old enough to start thinking, "this is soooo lame..." :)  Until then, we'll enjoy it.

Emma is thankful for:
Just to clarify:
Peeky:  her word for "blanket", her favorite friends.  She has two, therefore, a peeky, and a blue peeky.  Peeky originates from the "Peek-a-boo" games often played with said blankets... Get it?
Colate:  Chocolate milk.  Pronounced [koe-lah-chee], from the Portuguese word, "chocolate"
Clues:  For those of you out of the "toddler loop", these are clues from Blue's Clues, and she's thankful for them!

Anna is thankful for:

Didn't she do a great job cutting out her pictures?

It was wonderful to see all the beautiful, funny, cute things our princesses are thankful for.  It just makes me even more thankful for them.

I like it! Maybe we'll try that at our house next year!
